Therapy Without Masking
I believe therapy works best when you don't have to pretend.
My approach is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and parts work to help you build on what's already working while creating meaningful change.
Together, we'll create a space where you can be fully yourself, without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to fit a mold.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Kortnie
I'm a queer, autistic, and ADHD therapist who believes therapy works best when you don't have to perform, mask, or pretend to have everything figured out.
I work primarily with LGBTQIA+ adults, neurodivergent adults, and people navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, affirming, evidence-based, and genuinely human.
Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
