A Few Things You May Be Wondering
-
At this time, I am a private-pay practice and am not in-network with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of your session.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.
-
A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the information your insurance company may need to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. While I cannot guarantee reimbursement, many clients with out-of-network benefits are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance provider.

I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ adults and neurodivergent adults, including autistic and ADHD individuals. I also enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-understanding.
Prior to working as a therapist, I worked for crisis services for around 5 years, so I have experience with a variety of needs and helping people navigate some of their most challenging times. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples therapy with a special interest in supporting queer and neurodivergent relationships.
-
At this time, all sessions are conducted securely through telehealth for clients located anywhere in Maine. Telehealth allows you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining the same level of confidentiality and professional care.
-
The free 15-minute consultation is simply a chance for us to meet. You can ask questions, tell me a little about what you're looking for, and get a feel for my approach. There is absolutely no pressure or obligation to continue, it's just an opportunity to see whether we'd be a good fit.
-
Finding the right therapist matters. If you leave our consultation feeling comfortable, understood, and like you can be yourself, that's a great place to start.
If I don't believe I'm the best fit for your needs, I'll do my best to help point you toward resources or providers who may be a better match.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, without rescheduling, or there is a no-show, you will be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee.
Exceptions may be made in the case of an emergency.
I often have availability in my schedule to accommodate an appointment change within the same week, in which case there would be no fee. Please feel free to reach out if this is something you need!

Absolutely! My workbooks, worksheets, and other resources are available to anyone who finds them helpful.
While they are designed to support personal growth and self-reflection, they are not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. -
Yes! In addition to therapy, I offer consultation, trainings, and educational opportunities focused on autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. I have had the opportunity to speak to and teach others in the mental health field, and have created resources to support clinicians in their work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
If you're interested in collaborating or would like to discuss a speaking engagement or training, I'd love to hear from you. Please reach out to me through the “Contact me” page. -
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a performance.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and strengths-based. Rather than trying to "fix" you, I want to understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and help you build a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and parts work, while adapting each session to fit your unique needs and goals. Above all, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to mask, explain away parts of yourself, or fit into someone else's expectations.
Whether you're navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, or simply trying to better understand yourself, my hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can breathe, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
